CASTING CENTRAL & LB ACTING STUDIO PRESENTS: Acting for Beginners: ADULT
This class is great for those who are curious about being an actor or those who are beginner actors.
LB Acting Studio and Casting Central, Toronto’s largest and busiest casting facility, have their doors open to the film and TV industry in Canada where the professionals make their decisions.
This is not a generic acting class. Actors will be given a monologue specifically chosen for them on week 3 of the class. You will be introduced to breaking down a set of sides and how to audition for a part. The focus is on the skills and techniques that directors and casting directors look for in professional actors.
This is a 5 week program of 4 acting classes, and 1 career counseling session. The final class includes a mock audition to put what you have learned to the test.
This class will give you an honest answer to your question of whether this industry is the right one for you, without trying to sell you a bill of goods. This class is capped at 10 students total.
